Our finance practice is able to provide broad finance expertise in both domestic and international markets.  We advise lenders, issuers and borrowers on all financing techniques particularly banking and capital markets, project finance, real estate finance, asset finance and acquisition finance.

It is one of the leaders in PFI/PPP work and has been involved in several flagship schemes.  Having a vast experience in acting for a range of clients in the finance market has helped us identify key sector areas to which we have focused and developed teams to best serve clients in the construction, engineering, procurement, healthcare, energy and natural resources, government, defence, automotive and hotels and leisure industries. 

We also have a leading team dedicated to acting for individuals on a range of tax and trust issues. This group has recently been awarded ‘Private Client Team of the Year’ at the Legal Business Awards 2007. We always aim to exceed our clients expectations and demonstrate a particular emphasis on maintaining client relationships.
