Berwin Leighton Paisner advises VINCI on Taylor Woodrow acquisition

Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP (BLP) advised VINCI PLC (VINCI) on its £74m acquisition of one of Taylor Wimpey’s divisions, Taylor Woodrow Construction.

VINCI PLC is a UK subsidiary of French company VINCI SA, the world’s leading construction and concessions group. Taylor Woodrow Construction is one of the UK’s leading companies in construction and facilities management and this purchase has consolidated VINCI’s UK position in PPPs and facilities management. 

Corporate finance partners Peter Robinson and Louise Workman led the BLP team on this key acquisition.    

Commenting on the deal, Peter said “The large BLP team was delighted to advise VINCI on this important transaction. Slaughter and May were the legal advisers to Taylor Wimpey on this transaction.
