Lucy Dillon
Director of Knowledge Management
We are firmly committed to Knowledge Management, believing that it is a key driver in increasing the quality and efficiency of our client service.
We have recently made a significant investment in upgrading our know-how applications and developing tools and techniques to capture, store and deliver the firm’s collective knowledge to our lawyers and clients.
We have also invested in our Knowledge Management team. Our team of Knowledge Development Lawyers (our term for PSLs) and Information Officers, has doubled in size in the last three years and recruitment of talented individuals committed to Knowledge Management is ongoing. Their role continues to expand and recently our Knowledge Development Lawyers have been working with clients to support their know-how needs.
Complementing our Knowledge Management team is our Library service which ensures our lawyers are provided with comprehensive and up-to-date legal resources in all practice areas and commercial current awareness relevant to our clients and their sectors.
As with our lawyers, our Knowledge Management team are offered competitive salaries and benefits. Where able the firm is also keen to offer opportunities to potential candidates to meet their work/life balance objectives.
